Our Firm Process

We have been in business since 2005.  This will be our 18th Tax Season. Because we are forward thinking firm, when the pandemic struck, we never shut down. We were able to adopt a virtual presence without adding stress to our clients. 

However, we also understand that tax preparation is a personal service and not every client wants to be serviced exclusively online, nor should everyone be served exclusively online.  So, we have three options to serve our clients. 

1. In-Person in Office.
2. Virtual Online.
3. Special Arrangements can be made for Seniors and Sick and Shut in.

We have adopted an IRS Identity Theft Compliant policy.  Every client has a secure document client portal.  You can feel comfortable knowing that  your documents are being treated with the upmost care.

1. We do not accept cash.
2. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
3. We accept e(check).
4. We accept partial payments using Affirm Pay.
5. We can withhold our fees directly from your refund.  

Many different types of clients.  Many optional ways to pay.  In general, we do not ask for an upfront payment.  However, we do ask for a deposit for the following services:

1. Preparing Specialty Tax Returns
2. Prior Year Tax Returns
3. Tax Dept Resolution Services
4. All Business Tax Returns 

Feel free to book an appointment you will receive a response within 4 hours.  Unless you book the appointment in the middle of the night.    Give us a chance to get to the office.
