Business Advisory. What is it?

1. Lack of good help or any help.
2. Long days and sleepless nights.  No time for self.
3. Having the will to overcome obstacles that you could not even imagine
4. Inadequate internal business financial operating systems.
5. Lack of access to various types of cash flow.

So why would anyone start a business?  I don't have the answer to that question.  In fact, this is the one question that must be truthfully answered by every small business owner. Especially if he or she wants to grow their business.

1. We come along side a business owner to do a series of assessments of the financial management systems that are currently in place.  Most businesses have a method of collecting payments or they would be in business.

A financial management system is more than just payments.  It is a written set of policies and procedures created and used by the business to systemize internal and external processes to maintain and grow the business. When we design a system here are some areas we explore.
